Welcome to BallDeals. Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BallDeals. We operate this website and provide all related information, products, and services to you, the customer.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order and to keep your account details secure.
2. Products & Product Condition
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, variations may occur due to screen settings or photography.
All golf balls sold by BallDeals are pre-owned and graded by condition (e.g. AAA, AA, etc.). As such, they may include:
-cosmetic marks or scuffs
-discolouration
-player markings or logos
These are normal for used golf balls and do not affect performance unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Orders may not be able to be changed or cancelled once placed. If we cancel or modify an order, we will notify you using the details provided.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change pricing or promotions at any time.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, however all delivery timeframes are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product:
-is faulty
-is not as described
-does not perform as reasonably expected

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and design, is owned by BallDeals or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website may include links or tools provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their content or services.
9. Limitation of Liability
