At BallDeals, we aim to dispatch your order quickly and deliver it safely so you can get back out on the course.
Shipping Provider
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
During peak periods or sales, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times from Queensland:
QLD: 1–2 business days
NSW & ACT: 4–5 business days
VIC: 5–8 business days
SA: 5–7 business days
TAS: 6–8 business days
WA: 7–10 business days
NT: 9–13 business days
Please note these are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post and your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
As a guide:
A single golf ball weighs approximately 45.9g
Total shipping weight is calculated by multiplying the number of balls ordered
Final shipping costs are determined automatically at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@balldeals.com.au and we will assist in resolving the issue.
While we rely on Australia Post for delivery, we will work with you to ensure a fair outcome in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
BallDeals is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Authority to Leave
By placing an order, you authorise Australia Post to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not available to receive it, unless you request otherwise.
BallDeals is not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
