We want you to be confident in your purchase from BallDeals.
Returns Eligibility
To request a return, please contact us at sales@balldeals.com.au with your order details and reason for return. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Faulty, Incorrect or Not as Described Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or exchange if a product:
-is faulty or damaged
-is not as described
-does not perform as reasonably expected
If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or require the item to be returned for inspection.
If a fault is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund, and cover any applicable return shipping costs.
Product Condition (Important)
All golf balls sold by BallDeals are pre-owned and graded by condition (e.g. AAA, AA, etc.).
While all balls are carefully inspected, they may show signs of prior use such as:
-minor scuffs or cosmetic marks
-discolouration
-player markings or logos
These are considered normal for used golf balls and do not affect performance unless otherwise stated.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:
-Paddock / Hit Away golf balls
-Tees
-B Grade and C Grade balls
However, this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If these items are faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality, you are still entitled to a remedy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item, you will need to place a new order. If your original item qualifies for return, we will process it according to this policy.
Returns Process
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Returns address will be provided once approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or issue covered under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sales@balldeals.com.au.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:
-your item is damaged
-you received the wrong item
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
